Interior Design WIP

A small project I was working on while at University in my spare time, I wanted to show more interior design in my portfolio and set myself a task. I collected reference from various interior design images I found online and put together a concept of how I would like the level to be laid out. I hope to add plants to this scene to give it more life. I also want to add a bathroom, extending the size of this scene, adding some basic pick up and inspect mechanics, allowing you to interact with the scene, which is something I had done prior in my dissertation. This was built inside of Maya, textured in Substance painter and then placed inside of Unreal engine. I used this opportunity to look into the use of PBR materials (Physically based rendering) in order to get the most detail out of the textures as possible as this was one of my first times using Unreal Engine. This is a Working in progress project and has currently taken two working days to get to this point.
